Moon in Leo

Playtime, fun, romance, creativity and ambition time with the Moon moving into Leo at 3.38pm today until Wednesday 6.19pm!

But we are back to work today, I hear you say and the authorities Saturn and Pluto are still limiting our freedoms. Well, we can still bring more lightness, humour, fun, creativity and romance, with us in our days regardless. We just need to plan ahead and be cautious at the same time for the next few months, is all.

We may have some ‘aha’ moments, as Mercury is cazimi (in the heart) of the Sun and in flow to Mars in Aries the warrior and the Sth node Sagittarius at the galactic centre. This may bring us more optimism and confidence. We may receive a dramatic realization or a moment of true clarity, as to why we do the things we do. Gain more understanding of ourselves. We may be suddenly inspired and enlightened about our purpose in life, which may propel us to be more authentically ourselves.

The Moon is challenged by Uranus which may see sudden emotional outbursts tomorrow, with no-one willing to budge an inch. But Venus will be in flow to Uranus, so a surprise act of love, compromising on your values, a sudden lucrative idea, helping hand or a surprising increase to finances, may save the day.
19th Aug 12.41pm we have a new moon in Leo at 26deg. New moons are a great time to plant the seeds of our hopes, wishes and intentions for the month ahead. Which hopefully sprout at the next full moon in a couple of weeks, then come to harvest at the full moon in Leo in 6mths time. So, we usually recommend writing out your hopes, wishes and intentions then visualizing them being so. But this new moon is in a grand fire trine, which is more of an initiating energy, where we may access more passion, will, creativity, ambition, optimism and getting clear on who we are. So do your best not to procrastinate at this time, but plant your seeds and take small action steps to initiating them at the same time.
This will be like a reset button has been activated and also a mental reset as Mercury is still travelling close to the Sun/Moon. Saturn will challenge this new moon reset with its restrictions and limitations, calling for us to adjust our wishes/intentions in someway to be more aligned and responsible to this new world order.

The Moon moves into the detail oriented, analytical sign of Virgo at 6.20pm on the 19th, with Mercury following suit on Thurs 20th at 11.29am. This may assist us in making lists/ plans and seeing the finer details required to make our wishes happen. We may be able to analyse the steps and processes better. What do we want and what do we need to organise to make things happen for not only our best good, but for everyone’s?
